Derek T. Osterlund was born in the month of January and currently resides in Colorado. As a child he discovered a passion for creativity and technology. This became evident by the dismantling of household electronics. Experimenting with the walls in his room an artistic connection was engraved.  Derek has been creating art ever since, having received many honors and awards. Childhood curiosity has lead to the development of multidisciplinary skill and his new media endeavors.

As a graphic designer Derek expanded his palette incorporating visual interactivity. Exploring the digital arts Derek has worked as a multimedia specialist and in house designer. With tangible hands on artistic experience and binary code Derek continues to explore modern concepts. This refinement of art and technology inspires Derek’s creative outlook and imagination.
